Pocket Hearts

Little tokens of love....to keep or give away!!! These tiny heart-shaped pocket charms are hand-made in my home glass studio. Each heart is made with hand-cut glass layered into the heart shape and then fired in a kiln. Each heart measures approximately 1.5" wide by 1" tall and comes with a heartwarming poem card and an organza gift bag, ready for gifting.
